At Marvel Woods Inc., we aim to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you need to return a product, we offer a simple and transparent return process. Please read the following details carefully to understand our return and refund policy.

Eligibility for Returns

• Refund Period: RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF THE PURCHASE DATE. Unfortunately, we cannot process returns or refunds beyond this time frame.
• Condition of Items: All items being returned must be in their original condition—unaltered, unused, and in their original packaging. Items should be ready for resale and include all parts and accessories originally provided.
• Defective Items: If you believe an item is defective or does not match your order, contact us immediately upon receipt. We will provide a prepaid return postage label and address the issue promptly.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Your order number.
2. The reason for your return (refund, repair, exchange, etc.).

Processing Refunds

• REFUNDS WILL ONLY BE ISSUED FOR ELIGIBLE RETURNS RECEIVED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE.
• Refunds exclude original shipping costs.
• Refunds can only be processed after we receive the required bank account details for the transaction. Please include your bank account information (account number and bank name) when submitting your return request to ensure timely processing.

Once the returned item has been inspected and approved, a full refund will be processed to your provided bank account details. Please allow up to 30 days from the date of receipt for the refund to reflect in your account.

Important Notes

• If your order was placed in error, you are responsible for shipping the item back to us. Upon receiving the item in acceptable condition, we will issue a refund for the product cost.
